The Martin Taylor Guitar Retreat in Italy is run in association with Music World Retreats.
You may cancel your reservation at anytime within the first 30 days for a full refund (minus any applied financial fees). After the initial 30-day window there will be NO Refunds. Consider purchasing travel insurance for any unexpected changes in your schedule that may require you to cancel after the 30-day period. You will be allowed, however, to transfer your registration to another person (just let us know who you found to take your place).
If you choose to pay only the 50% deposit at your initial registration, know that the second payment will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30-days after the first payment.
There is a minimum of 10 students needed for this retreat to be viable. Do not purchase airline tickets or any other related expenditures until we confirm that the minimum number of participants has been reached. It is also always a good idea to check with your airlines about flexible ticketing options.
Music World Retreats reserves the right to re-schedule or cancel any event if there should be an "Act of God" or occurrence outside our control that makes the scheduled retreat impossible to hold such as a pandemic, natural disaster, earthquake, or any civil unrest that would put our participants "at risk." In these situations (which we hope never occurs), we will reschedule or refund participant payments minus any transactional fees and expenses related to the event that we cannot get reimbursed. If we reschedule, and you cannot make the new date, we will credit your account for the amount paid for up to 1 year, and you can use that credit towards any other retreat that is held during that year.
Music World Retreats reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during the retreat that may include images of attendees, and we may use such photos for advertising and marketing purposes.
You agree to release any photographs taken during the retreat to Music World Retreats without compensation.
You understand that Music World Retreats reserves all rights in regard to reproduction of photograph/s and video/s taken at the retreat
Due to our strict cancellation policies, Music World Retreats strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance.
